Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist Assistant – Orthopedic

Location: Littleton, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing customized treatment plans to help patients recover strength, mobility, and function.

  • Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

  • Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.

  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

  • Current Colorado PTA license in good standing.

  • Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
