Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + benefits

Our growing team is currently looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver therapeutic treatments, helping patients restore movement, function, and independence.
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Job Duties:
  • Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and pain management techniques.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, communicating changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, safety practices, and home care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with state and facility regulations.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Colorado PTA license
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience working with adult or geriatric patients, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support adult patients in their rehabilitation journey.
