Location: Pompton Lakes, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions based on the PT’s plan of care
  • Instruct patients in proper performance of exercises and functional activities
  • Monitor patient safety, progress, and technique during treatment sessions
  • Document care accurately and in a timely manner in our EMR system
  • Communicate with the supervising PT about changes in patient condition or response
  • Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for patients of all ages and backgrounds

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in [State] (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Passion for orthopedic rehab, sports medicine, and active patient care
  • Ability to multitask in a busy outpatient setting
  • 1+ year experience in outpatient orthopedics (new grads welcome!)
  • Familiarity with EMR systems like WebPT, NetHealth, or Fusion
  • Interest in manual therapy, performance training, or wellness programming
  • Experience working with post-surgical patients, athletes, or active aging populations
