Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Ortho | Tampa, FL

Location: Tampa, Florida
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 per year + full benefits
Setting: Multidisciplinary Orthopedic Outpatient Office

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team in Tampa. If you’re someone who values a structured day, patient-centered care, and working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment—this opportunity checks every box.

This isn’t about rushing through appointments. With a caseload of just 1–2 patients per hour, you’ll have the time to build meaningful rapport and deliver quality, goal-focused therapy.

Duties:

• Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out personalized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and hands-on interventions
• Monitor progress, adjust care as needed, and document clearly
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming therapy environment

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in PTA
• Active PTA license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior outpatient ortho experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
