We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our fast-paced orthopedic outpatient clinic in Boca Raton,, FL. If you're looking to grow in a professional setting that values clinical excellence, strong teamwork, and quality patient care—this is a role worth exploring.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:

• $60,000 – $65,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with daily charting
• Contribute to a clean, efficient, and patient-friendly therapy environment

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active PTA license in Florida (or eligibility)
• Prior outpatient experience preferred but not required
