Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Montgomery, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Support treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical recovery, and sports injury management
  • Work with a diverse patient population including athletes, post-op patients, and those managing chronic orthopedic conditions
  • Document patient progress clearly and accurately using EMR systems
  • Motivate and guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and excellence in care

Requirements:

  • Active New York State PTA license
  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus—but we welcome passionate, eager-to-learn new grads!
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for patient care and recovery
