Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics | Puyallup, Washington

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Assist in therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education
  • Document daily progress notes and communicate with the care team to support optimal outcomes
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
  • Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff to provide seamless, high-quality care

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible) in the state of Washington
  • Have a strong interest in orthopedic rehab and evidence-based practice
  • Communicate well and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Are compassionate, organized, and driven to help others
  • Are a recent graduate or experienced PTA ready for a fresh, rewarding challenge
