Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Delray Beach FL. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, assisting Physical Therapists with hands-on patient care, rehabilitation exercises, and treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Schedule Options:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $60,000 – $70,000

Patient Volume:

• 1–2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Physical Therapist-directed treatment plans, guiding patients through therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, providing updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain treatment areas and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative support as needed.
• Conduct functional movement, balance, and coordination assessments.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in PTA
• Active PTA license in Florida
• Minimum of two years of outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with EMR systems (WebPT preferred)
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster positive patient interactions
