Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Therapy

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Redmond, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out individualized treatment plans and adjust exercises as appropriate
  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on care including therapeutic modalities, manual techniques, and functional training
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate observations clearly with supervising PTs
  • Support patients in meeting their recovery and performance goals—safely and effectively
  • Contribute to chart documentation, treatment team discussions, and ongoing plan of care revisions
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient clinic environment

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Washington State
  • Skilled in outpatient ortho, post-op care, or sports rehab (new grads welcome!)
  • Confident in patient engagement, communication, and teamwork
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and EMR navigation skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and excited to be part of a high-energy, purpose-driven team
  • Interested in continued learning and possible specialization (we’ll help you get there!)
