Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re a therapist-founded outpatient clinic group delivering high-touch, evidence-informed care across Washington. As a PTA here, you’ll work closely with supervising PTs in a supportive, modern clinical setting where you can grow, specialize, and love coming to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists
- Deliver 1:1 therapy, using a combination of exercise, manual techniques, and modalities
- Adjust and progress treatment plans based on real-time patient performance
- Provide education, encouragement, and clinical support throughout each visit
- Track outcomes and communicate clearly with PTs to ensure exceptional continuity of care
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and safe therapeutic environment
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and community wellness events
Qualifications:
- Licensed PTA in the state of Washington (or license-pending/new grad with eligibility)
- Experienced or enthusiastic about outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, and manual therapy
- Detail-oriented and confident with EMR and documentation (we use user-friendly systems)
- A natural communicator—calm under pressure and collaborative in a team setting
- Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of your clinical role
- Bonus: Interest in pelvic floor therapy, vestibular rehab, or injury prevention programs
