Rebuild Strength. Restore Motion. Redefine Recovery.

We’re a therapist-founded outpatient clinic group delivering high-touch, evidence-informed care across Washington. Our model isn’t built on corporate metrics—it’s built on relationships, outcomes, and team-based excellence. As a PTA here, you’ll work closely with supervising PTs in a supportive, modern clinical setting where you can grow, specialize, and love coming to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement personalized treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists
  • Deliver 1:1 therapy, using a combination of exercise, manual techniques, and modalities
  • Adjust and progress treatment plans based on real-time patient performance
  • Provide education, encouragement, and clinical support throughout each visit
  • Track outcomes and communicate clearly with PTs to ensure exceptional continuity of care
  • Help maintain a clean, professional, and safe therapeutic environment
  • Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and community wellness events

Qualifications:

  • Licensed PTA in the state of Washington (or license-pending/new grad with eligibility)
  • Experienced or enthusiastic about outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, and manual therapy
  • Detail-oriented and confident with EMR and documentation (we use user-friendly systems)
  • A natural communicator—calm under pressure and collaborative in a team setting
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of your clinical role
  • Bonus: Interest in pelvic floor therapy, vestibular rehab, or injury prevention programs

Why Work With Us?

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Continuing education support and growth opportunities
  • A positive, welcoming clinic culture that values YOU
