PTA – Orthopedic-Focused

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Annual Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
Schedule Options:
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekends off
Patient Flow: 1 to 1.5 patients/hour

Overview:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support the day-to-day clinical operations of a busy orthopedic outpatient center. This is a patient-facing role that blends hands-on rehab techniques with collaborative team support.

Primary Duties:

• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed PTs
• Track session outcomes and input documentation
• Monitor patient exercises and assist with safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment environment
• Perform intake support and assist in front desk workflow

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Active PTA license in Florida
• Prior orthopedic experience preferred
• Working knowledge of WebPT or similar software
• Skilled in patient interaction and therapeutic techniques
