Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient | California


Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Location: Sherman Oaks, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists with implementing orthopedic-specific treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional training.
  • Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately.
  • Support a clean, safe, and motivating environment for patient recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with PTs and healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active California PTA License
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Experience or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient engagement skills
  • New grads with orthopedic clinical experience are welcome to apply!
