Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – California
Location: Burbank, California
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you an experienced Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics? Join our dynamic outpatient clinic team in New Jersey and help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through expert orthopedic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients
- Implement treatment plans through guided therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in California
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
