Our rehabilitation clinic is seeking a skilled PTA to join our dynamic team. As a valued member, you will be providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the implementation of therapeutic treatment plans.
We are a comprehensive rehabilitation services provider, committed to helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life. We offer a wide range of specialized services to address the unique needs of our patients, including Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Sports Rehabilitation, and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs and clinic operations.

- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functionality.
- Work closely with patients to guide them through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities aimed at promoting physical well-being and pain relief.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to facilitate their recovery process.
- Administer modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, under the guidance and supervision of the Physical Therapist.
- Assist in monitoring and documenting patient progress, including tracking range of motion, strength gains, and overall functional improvement.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment and supplies are organized and readily available for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting their rights and privacy.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions related to physical therapy.
- Proficiency in implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Ability to adapt to various patient populations and conditions, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
