Your Role:

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in performing evaluations, conducting treatments, and creating tailored therapy programs to address each patient's unique needs.
  • Lead patients through exercises and therapeutic activities, encouraging them every step of the way and ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.
  • Use specialized physical therapy modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance function while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Empower patients and their families by educating them on safe home exercises and recovery techniques, helping them confidently continue their rehabilitation beyond the clinic.
  • Keep precise records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, while collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • You have an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution.
  • You hold current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • While 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, we value a passion for patient care and are open to applicants at various stages of their career.
  • You possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with patients on a personal level.
