Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Wenatchee, Nevada – Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic team. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to provide personalized, evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and post-surgical procedures.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training.
  • Guide patients through proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery tips.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
  • Active Washington State PTA license (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
