Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Dallas, Texas

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Texas. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care. Your expertise will contribute to helping patients recover from injuries, restore mobility, and enhance their overall physical function.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility drills, and strengthening routines.
  • Administer manual therapy techniques and assist with rehabilitative modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
  • Track and document patient progress, providing detailed updates to the supervising therapist.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant clinical records.

Requirements:

  • Active PTA license in Texas.
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred (new graduates with relevant clinical experience are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
