Job Duties:
- Assist the physical therapist in implementing treatment plans designed to improve motor function and mobility in students.
- Work with students on exercises and activities that promote physical wellness and independence.
- Document progress and adjust interventions in collaboration with the supervising therapist.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school district and state regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings to discuss students' progress and therapy goals.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Current Washington State Physical Therapy Assistant required or current
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
