Position Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Assisted Living Facility

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

Location: Grants Pass, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, and balance
  • Assist residents in achieving functional goals in ways that respect their independence and pace
  • Accurately document progress and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Offer support and encouragement in a way that makes every session feel personal
  • Educate caregivers and staff in safe mobility practices

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
  • Genuinely interested in geriatric care and functional rehabilitation
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and teamwork
  • Professional, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference
  • Comfortable working independently under the direction of a supervising PT
