Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Fairfax, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking for a team that values your contribution, invests in your growth, and gives you the time to provide meaningful care?

Our outpatient clinics across Virginia are growing—and we’re looking for a PTA who’s ready to make a real impact, not just fill a schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist with confidence and care
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and hands-on modalities
• Educate and motivate patients during their rehab journey
• Document progress accurately and efficiently
• Communicate closely with PTs to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license in the state of Virginia
• A passion for healing and a heart for people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but supportive environment
• Experience in outpatient ortho/sports rehab preferred (but not required)
