Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re an established outpatient orthopedic practice in Florida committed to helping our patients move better, recover faster, and return stronger—whether they’re athletes, post-surgical patients, or active individuals overcoming orthopedic injuries. Now, we’re growing and looking for a passionate PTA to join our dynamic clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized treatment programs under the supervision of licensed PTs
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and recovery protocols
• Track progress, document sessions, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Educate and motivate patients on body mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term movement health
• Maintain a clean, safe, and upbeat clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Florida Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligibility to obtain
• Strong interest in orthopedic rehab and sports-related injuries
• Skilled communicator with a team-first attitude
• Energetic, dependable, and compassionate with a growth mindset
