Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Santa Ana, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are currently seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in California. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment where your contribution truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with injuries or physical conditions.
  • Guide patients through prescribed exercises and stretches during therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress and communicate feedback to the supervising physical therapist.
  • Educate patients and families on at-home care, exercise routines, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure therapy equipment is maintained, sanitized, and properly set up.
  • Uphold compliance with state and federal regulations, documentation standards, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current California PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Minimum of [X] years of relevant clinical experience preferred but not required.
