Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Location: Corsicana, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our growing clinic in Texas is seeking a full-time PTA to join our diverse and multidisciplinary team. You will work with a wide range of patients, providing personalized care and making a real difference in their lives.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our clinic, your role will be to assist in delivering high-quality physical therapy services across various specialties. You’ll play a key role in patient care by supporting licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assist in providing therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other hands-on techniques.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on exercises, self-management strategies, and how to safely perform activities of daily living to enhance recovery.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document patient progress, ensuring treatments are tailored to their evolving needs. Assist in making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Physical Therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients with diverse needs.
- Injury Prevention: Provide patients with knowledge and resources to prevent further injury, promoting long-term wellness and physical health.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient treatments and progress in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with Rehabilitation: Support patients with exercises, stretches, and functional movements to help them recover from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgery rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Texas (or the ability to obtain one).
- Previous experience in any specialty (orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, sports rehab, neurology, etc.) is preferred, but we welcome all PTAs who have a passion for helping patients in a variety of settings. New grads with enthusiasm to learn and grow across specialties are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of Physical Therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while maintaining a high standard of care.
