Physical Therapist Needed at The Health Connection in Lakewood, NJ

Our Sports Physiotherapy team will make sure your injury is properly attended to, aiming to have you back active again as soon as possible.
Our Spinal Care team will meticulously examine your back to make sure we’re giving you exactly what you need for a full recovery, Spinal injuries require considerable attention to detail, and we leave no stone unturned.
Rehabilitation is often overlooked, we here at The Health Connection believe this service is incredibly important to ensure your recovery goes as smoothly as possible. We emphasize the fact that every minute we put into building muscle strength and improving skeletal function, we are greatly enhancing your chances of remaining injury free in the future.

Work Schedule:
- We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, allowing you to find the schedule that suits your needs.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Administer hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote pain relief, improve mobility, and restore function.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention techniques.
- Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the treatment process and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in treating various conditions.
- Proficient in the use of advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address patients' rehabilitation needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
