$100,000 - $120,000 per year plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, aiding recovery from injury, disease, or surgery
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methods
• Track patient progress, reevaluate goals, and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members
• Stay updated with industry advancements through continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Valid DPT license in the state
• Strong communication and computer skills
• High adaptability and flexibility
• Prior work experience not required
