Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluation services, including review of history information and specific assessments
- Create and explain treatment plans to patients and families, incorporating their goals
- Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and evolving healthcare trends
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, documenting and addressing changes in patient conditions
- Accurately document patient care activities and contribute to department goals and compliance
- Pursue continuing education for professional growth and serve as a clinical instructor
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid DPT license in the State
- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification
- Prior work experience not required
Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 per year plus full benefits
