Looking for Full Time Physical Therapist needed at Rebuild Physical Therapy

Join our orthopedic outpatient practice as a passionate Physical Therapist. You will collaborate with patients to restore movement and assist them in reaching their functional goals. Your focus will be on elevating the quality of life and enhancing movement capabilities through targeted promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation efforts.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Salary Package: $90k to $115k per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
  • Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
  • Manual Therapy
  • Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state with a clean record.
  • Skilled in manual therapy and exercise program design.
  • Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT.
