Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity
Our expanding assisted living facility is in search of a dedicated physical therapist to join our team. We specialize in helping residents recover from injuries and improve their mobility, enabling them to pursue their favorite activities without relying on painkillers or surgery. Our positive and collaborative team is focused on delivering an excellent experience for each resident. Salary:
- $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate residents and families on mobility techniques and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an assisted living setting.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
