Looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in New Jersey. If you're passionate about helping others recover, improve their physical health, and achieve their wellness goals, we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Job Duties :

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Teach patients and their families how to properly perform exercises and activities to promote recovery and improve mobility
  • Document patient progress, including changes in condition, treatment plan, and goals, and communicate updates to other healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate care with other medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and speech therapists, to ensure the most effective treatment is being delivered
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques to reduce the chances of relapse or recurring injuries
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with state and national regulations.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of California.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in outpatient care or a rehabilitation setting is preferred, but not required.
