Full-time Physical Therapist in Oceanside, California

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. This role involves working with a diverse Pediatric Population. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Duties :

  • Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized care plans based on their needs.
  • Implement physical therapy interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
  • Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
