Full-time Physical Therapist in Redmond, Oregon

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Oregon. You will have the opportunity to help patients regain their mobility, strength, and quality of life through personalized therapeutic treatment plans.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Job Duties :

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Work with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and track their progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal care for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients and families about proper exercises, techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, evidence-based practices, and continuing education.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
