Needed Full-time Physical Therapist Needed in Beaverton, Oregon

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who has experience in an Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing personalized physical therapy to our residents, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary and Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' physical conditions and needs through assessments and observations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address physical limitations.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to improve movement and functionality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and proper techniques for long-term success.
• Accommodate possible patient volume (7 patients per day)

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Oregon.
• Masters/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Prior experience in an assisted living setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
