Location: Kennewick, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Washington. In this role, you will provide expert therapy services aimed at enhancing mobility, restoring function, and improving the overall well-being of our residents. Your care and expertise will play a key role in promoting recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to improve residents’ mobility and physical function.

• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques to achieve treatment goals.

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility practices.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington state.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
