Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic rehab team within an Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate is experienced in geriatric care (Adult patients mostly between 40 to 65 yrs old) and has a proactive approach to therapy.

As a PT in this setting, you will work with residents who require ongoing therapy to improve or maintain their physical function, mobility, and quality of life.

Job Duties:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and pain management.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on proper body mechanics, fall prevention, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) License (required)
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Experience with geriatric or assisted living populations is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within an interdisciplinary team
