Physical Therapist – Needed in Long Beach, California


We are currently seeking a skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to address musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. You will use a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to help patients reach their goals and return to their normal activities.


Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour


What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and functional goals.
  • Perform hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture correction, ergonomics, and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery.
  • Track and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in orthopedic physical therapy.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency with therapeutic exercise techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and patient management software is a plus.
