Location: Mount Vernon, New York

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

We are currently seeking a skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Your Role:

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatments to patients with musculoskeletal disorders. You will create personalized treatment plans, assist with recovery, and guide patients through rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
  • Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to relieve pain and improve function.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in orthopedic physical therapy techniques and treatments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
  • Previous experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
