Licensed Physical Therapist – Oregon

Location: Redmond,Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Medical Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Schedule: Work Location: In person

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

Job Requirements:

  • State of Washington Licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Washington.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential.
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with discharge planning processes to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care for injured workers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the client's physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
  • Educate clients on the rehabilitation processes, exercises, and strategies for recovery and return to work.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy to enhance client care.
