Licensed Physical Therapist – Urgent Hiring!
Location: Kansas City, Missouri– Outpatient Orthopedic
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Job Requirements:
Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Missouri Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain one prior to start date).
- CPR certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- 1+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
- Board certification in Orthopedics (OCS) or willingness to pursue certification.
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT, Epic).
- Interest or experience in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, or specialty certifications (e.g., dry needling, McKenzie, ASTYM, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical conditions that limit movement and daily function.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other health care professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
