About Us:

Our facility blends clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology to keep our clients moving better, faster, and longer.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate Sports Physical Therapist who thrives in a dynamic, athlete-focused environment. In this role, you’ll have access to advanced equipment, one-on-one treatment time, and the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that includes strength coaches, athletic trainers, and sports medicine physicians.
This is a chance to do what you love — treat motivated athletes, solve complex movement problems, and make a real impact — all while continuing to grow your own skills and career.
Who are we looking for:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Nevada PT license
- Strong interest or background in sports rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- CSCS, SCS (Sports Certified Specialist), or other relevant certifications a plus
- Experience in strength & conditioning or athletic training is a bonus
- New grads with strong sports backgrounds encouraged to apply — mentorship available!
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary + performance incentives
- Flexible scheduling + low patient volume per day
- Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance
- Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CEU reimbursement
- Access to sports tech: force plates, motion capture, BFR, AlterG, Normatec
- Mentorship, journal clubs, and support for board certification (SCS)
- Opportunities for on-field coverage, event support, or working with specific teams
- Upward mobility into leadership or specialized clinical roles
What you will do:
- Conduct detailed, sport-specific evaluations and biomechanical assessments
- Design and implement individualized rehab programs focused on return-to-sport readiness
- Apply evidence-based interventions: manual therapy, neuromuscular re-ed, blood flow restriction (BFR), plyometric training, and more
- Collaborate with coaches, orthopedic physicians, and performance specialists
- Provide injury prevention and prehabilitation education to athletes and teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking using EMR
- Participate in outreach events, sports coverage, and community education as needed
This is more than rehab — it's high-performance recovery. If you’re driven to help athletes recover stronger and return to what they love, we want to hear from you.
