  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, pain management, and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Provide mentorship and support to less-experienced staff, as needed
  • Ensure clinics maintain high standards of care, professionalism, and patient outcomes
  • Travel to different clinic locations throughout Virginia as needed (mileage and travel reimbursements available)

  • Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in the state of Virginia
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across different clinic locations
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and treat a wide range of conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, staff, and multidisciplinary teams

  • New grads are encouraged to apply — mentorship and support provided
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports therapy is a plus, but not required

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Travel Reimbursement for clinic-related travel
  • Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday leave
