Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) | Skilled Nursing Facility | New Windsor, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for a diverse patient population. Job Requirements:
- Current New York State PT license (or eligible)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Skilled nursing or geriatric care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with older adults and promoting dignity and independence
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for residents
- Implement and monitor therapy programs aimed at restoring function and reducing pain
- Collaborate closely with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary
- Educate residents and families on safe mobility practices and rehabilitation goals
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and engaging therapeutic environment
