Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) | Skilled Nursing Facility | Warwick, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for a diverse patient population. Job Requirements:

  • Current New York State PT license (or eligible)
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Skilled nursing or geriatric care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!
  • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults and promoting dignity and independence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for residents
  • Implement and monitor therapy programs aimed at restoring function and reducing pain
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams
  • Document patient progress, outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary
  • Educate residents and families on safe mobility practices and rehabilitation goals
  • Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and engaging therapeutic environment
