Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic | Corsicana , Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Job Requirements:

  • A licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas (or license-eligible)
  • Graduate of an accredited DPT or MPT program
  • Skilled in orthopedic/sports rehab — from evaluation to return-to-function
  • Comfortable with manual therapy and evidence-based treatment protocols
  • Interested in continual learning and growth (specializations welcomed!)
  • A great communicator with both patients and teammates
  • Motivated, upbeat, and energized by seeing your patients improve

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Design and implement customized, functional treatment plans
  • Work with post-op patients (e.g., ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, TKA, THA), sports injuries, spine cases, and more
  • Use manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and progressive exercise techniques
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals
  • Document visits, progress notes, and outcome measures in our EMR system
  • Educate and motivate patients toward long-term movement success
