Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Clinic) | Ridgefield, Connecticut
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We're searching for a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in an outpatient clinic setting in beautiful Connecticut. Job Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited institution
  • Current CT Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you listen as much as you speak
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
  • Experience in outpatient ortho/sports rehab is a plus, but not required
  • New grads encouraged to apply — mentorship opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on, movement-focused therapy sessions across a wide range of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, support staff, and other rehab professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and lifestyle modifications
  • Track outcomes and adjust interventions based on measurable progress
  • Contribute to a supportive clinic culture that values professional growth, respect, and clinical excellence
