Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic | Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement retraining.
  • Collaborate with physicians, other therapists, and support staff for coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture centered on growth and clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current Connecticut Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Excellent interpersonal, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to high-quality care.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to grow clinically and professionally.
  • Bonus: Interest in specialized services (e.g., vestibular, pelvic health, sports rehab, dry needling).
