Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who thrives in an outpatient environment and is ready to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference every day.

Job Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop dynamic, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on physical therapy to diverse orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical populations
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, other therapists, and support staff for a seamless care experience
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, ergonomics, injury prevention, and at-home care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture built around continuous learning and clinical excellence

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MSPT)
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (home health experience is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems (e.g., Kinnser, Homecare Homebase, or similar)
