Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

The Opportunity:

We treat a wide variety of conditions — from orthopedic injuries and post-op rehab to vestibular dysfunction, chronic pain, and sports performance. Whether you’re passionate about manual therapy, functional movement, or developing your own niche, we’re here to support your vision.

This role is perfect for therapists who value meaningful, ongoing relationships with older adults, want to provide personalized and impactful care, and are looking for a steady and supportive environment without the constant travel of traditional home health.

Who are we looking for?

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice PT in Missouri
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Experience working with seniors or in an ALF/SNF/rehab setting is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation (EMR systems)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses
  • PTO & Paid Holidays (and we encourage you to use it!)
  • 401(k) + Employer Match
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
  • CEU Reimbursement & Paid Continuing Ed Time
  • In-House Mentorship & Specialty Tracks (e.g. sports rehab, pelvic health, neuro)
  • Modern Tech + Efficient EMR
  • Wellness & Fitness Reimbursement
  • Team Events, Community Outreach, and Volunteer Days

What will you do?

  • Evaluate patients and develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver comprehensive care: manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and more
  • Track progress, measure outcomes, and adapt treatment for optimal recovery
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for wellness, safety, and independence
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and internal team members for integrated care
  • Stay current on best practices and contribute ideas to improve programs and outcomes
