We're Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Ashburn, Virginia| Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Outpatient (Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re expanding and looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This isn’t your typical high-volume clinic. Here, you’ll work in a collaborative, low-pressure environment where quality trumps quantity and every treatment plan is tailored to the individual.
Job Duties:
- Evaluate and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
- Create personalized, progressive care plans based on patient goals and functional needs
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities (including dry needling, cupping, or BFR if certified)
- Educate patients on injury prevention, postural correction, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with other providers including orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, and athletic trainers
- Document clearly and efficiently using [EMR system name] in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Candidate Profile:
- Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Virginia PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of outpatient ortho experience preferred, but new grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome
- Interest in professional development (manual therapy certs, ortho specialties, or continuing ed encouraged!)
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient motivation skills
- Bonus if you’re trained in dry needling, vestibular rehab, or sports performance
