  • Document all services provided in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards
  • Support discharge planning by assessing functional outcomes and recommending equipment or follow-up services

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)
  • Current Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehab hospitals, or geriatrics preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • A heart for working with older adults and a deep respect for their dignity

Benefits

  • Generous base salary with monthly productivity bonuses
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) + holidays
  • Continuing education stipend and support
  • Paid licensure and association fees

  • Ongoing professional development through workshops and continuing education

This is your chance to work where your skills are valued and your compassion truly matters. If you're ready to help others regain independence and mobility in a supportive SNF setting, we want to hear from you.
